Welcome to the leading Newborn Photography studio in Knoxville— Southern Charm Portraits! We are Rebekah Walden and Megan Parker and combined, we have over thirty years of experience photographing and posing babies in Knoxville. Our commercial studio space is conveniently and centrally located in the Powell area right off interstate 75.
We are both “moms of five” and have lots of real life experience handling babies. We are also both twin moms and have experience posing multiples, too! We have photographed hundreds and hundreds of babies over the years. We’ve had special training on posing newborns, but sometimes, the best experience comes from real life. We are seasoned, calm, and confident with handling new babies.
We pride ourselves on keeping baby cozy and happy. We have thoughtfully prepared an environment that is so comfortable and relaxing for everyone. We encourage parents to sit back, rest, and just enjoy watching the process. We have everything put together styled and ready to go upon our clients’ arrival so we are able to get right to work!
We feel that our style is pretty simple and classic. We tend to stay with mostly whites and neutral colors. You won’t see a lot of bright color or busy patterns. We don’t do a lot of “trendy” styling because we feel that baby portraits should be timeless and something that you can enjoy for years to come!
