My clients come to me from all over East TN and surrounding areas so a lot of the time, I meet my clients for the first time at their newborn or maternity session. But sometimes, my clients are friends or locals that I have met before or know through a mutual friend.
Like my experience with Ella Jane, I have watched all along as her coming was first announced, her mom’s baby bump began to grow, her name was chosen, her family was given a beautiful baby shower, her nursery was meticulously designed, and the joy of anticipating her arrival glowed on her Nana’s face.
She is the first baby. You don’t have to look far to know how adored she is by so many people. She has been wonderfully made and planned for. After observing this nine month progression of her being brought into this world, I even adored her before she was born.
So you can imagine how special it was for me to be a part of photographing her in her first days of life. Her little fingers, little toes, little grins. I don’t know what life will hold for her as she grows, but I do know she is truly loved. And really, that is all that matters.
