Trick or Treat – Creative Child Portraiture in TN

You got to love it when children can’t pronounce ‘trick or treat’ correctly!  It just comes out in such an unclear, yet playful way.  Here are some shots of the kids on Saturday in Nana’s backyard.  I took these shots in probably 10 minutes tops- the kids were so unusually cooperative!  I was so proud of them and just love these images.  I need to enlarge some of these for the playroom or something.  It is a crying shame that I have so many wonderful pictures of my kids and I NEVER print them.  Maybe for Christmas I will ask for money to fill the walls of my house with pictures!

We have been on a princess kick at our house lately.  Well, mainly Reagan.  Emmy and Max just fall into the mix.  : )  You know all about the first, middle, and 3rd child child syndromes, right??  We went to Disney Princesses on Ice in Knoxville this past Friday night, and it was a blast!  It even made me feel like a little girl again- at moments.  I can always enjoy me some Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty.

The girls’ birthdays are coming up in a few weeks and we are having a princess birthday party.  (I am lucky to be getting multiple uses out of the costumes!)  Reagan has wore her costume out in public (for no reason) and around the house several times already.  They really love to play dress up right now.  Having little girls is so much fun!  And, having a little boy is wonderful, too.  Don’t think I would leave little guy out!   Actually, I’m in love with him!  I just love to kiss him, smell him (well, not during diaper changes- LOL), squeeze him, and the list goes on and on.  He was kissed by two princesses this weekend so I guess that makes him Prince Charming, right?

Oh yeah- speaking of the girls’ birthday party, I ordered their invitation from a lady I met through ETSY .  We are going to be working together on some stuff that I will share with you soon.  Her business is called Forever Your Prints .  Hop over to her etsy site to check out her designs.

I have lots of sessions coming up so check back with me soon!
